What to expect
- A free 25-minute call first. About a third of the time the honest answer is "nothing worth automating yet", and we say so.
- Fixed prices, written scope, testable deliverables. Changes are quoted, never absorbed and never billed by the hour.
- Your data stays in your systems. We build the workflow layer; we do not replace your software or touch your infrastructure.

Referring someone
If a client of yours is hiring an administrator they do not really need, or complains about enquiries going unanswered, an introduction by email is enough. We pay 10 percent of the first engagement to the referrer, on collection, and referred clients go to the front of the queue.
