Who we are

Northloop ("we", "us") provides AI automation and software services to businesses. We are based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@northloopsystems.com.

What we collect and why

• Contact details you give us (name, email, company) when you book a call, email us, or submit a form - used to respond to you and provide services. Legal basis: legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
• Booking information processed by Cal.com when you schedule a call (their privacy policy applies to their processing).
• Basic technical data (such as aggregated, anonymised traffic statistics) to understand site usage. We do not run advertising trackers.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• We do not send marketing emails without your consent, and you can opt out of anything at any time.

Client data during engagements

When we build automations for clients, we access business data only as needed for the engagement, under the confidentiality terms of our service agreement. Access is least-privilege, revocable, and your data remains yours.

Retention

We keep enquiry correspondence for up to 2 years, and client records for as long as legally required (typically 6 years for UK tax purposes). You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the ICO. Email hello@northloopsystems.com for any of these - we respond within one business day.
